Developed by Anna-Rita Sloss, HOT HULA Fitness® is a new and exciting workout inspired by the dances of the South Pacific Islands, fusing traditional Polynesian dance movements with Reggae and Hip Hop beats.



HOT HULA Fitness® provides a “total body workout,” isolating larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to the core muscles, lower, upper body and arms. Continuous dance movement develops endurance and helps improve body coordination.



HOT HULA Fitness® provides participants of all body types with a dance workout that is intense, yet easy to perform. The 60 minute classes are suitable for all age and fitness levels and range from beginner to advanced.
